Online DS-160 Application error

I am trying to fill out an online ds-160, it worked for my daughters application then completing mine when I go to the review section after loading the photo I get an error

I have tried since Sunday to complete this application.
I have reloaded the application from a file, I have retrieved it as well as trying with different browsers and PC's.

If I start from scratch ten can I link the new application to my daughters for processing as a family?
Is there a contact number / email for support?

Any help would be gratefully received
