B1 Visa

I gave the interview during November last year and got rejected and am reapplying, I want to get suggestions from you guys.

Previous Interview as below,

VO : Good morning
Me: Good morning
VO: what is the purpose of your visit
Me: For business discussion and also to attend a knowledge share session on SAP application
VO: For how long
Me : 1 month but if required they might extend upto 3months
VO : Name of the company
Me: xyz
VO: How long have you been in the company
Me: I joined during august
VO: Single or Married
Me: Single

Sorry, I won't be able to approve your visa this time.

So now,I know I messed up with the duration of stay, the actual duration was only for a month but i said 3 months and also I said I am single even though I am engaged(since I am not married). Now I have many proofs to prove them I am engaged.
Will I get the visa?

Very hard. Even if you have proof of engaged does not alter the situation much.

And I got my B1 VISA in the second attempt ( 2 months gap)

I have my parent company in the US and I am the only person handling crystal reports here in India hence I am going for a process discussion to understand the process better so that I can come back and implement the same here in India.
Con : Where are you going in the US
Me: Miami, Florida
Con : Duration of the stay?
Me : its for 3 weeks
Con : No: of employees in India branch?

Con: No: of employees in US
answered
Con : R u single
answered
Con : so what is the application all about?
Me : explained about the application.
Con : Why do u have to go?
Me: I am the only person handling SAP Crystal reports in the branch here in india( Also mentioned the certification I have done)
Con : Salary?
Me: answered ( tell that in rupees not in dollars)
Con : Why was your application rejected last time
Me: I din't explain the ties I have with my country or even the purpose of the visit.
Con : So you said its only for 3 weeks?
Me: yes, its a scheduled plan for 3 weeks.
Con : What does your company do?
Me : explained ( make it short ). my case : Company provides accounting services
Con : R you gonna support people in the US
Me: No ! I have to come back and support people here in India and also help them in the transition process
Con : Your VISA is approved
Me : Thank you sooo much.
Con : You're welcome.
Me: I ran outside in joy
