Papers to be sent for second interview attempt

My parents visa got rejected in the Ist week of March'06 and now they have an interview in April.

What papers should I resend from my end?

I was in similar situation (1st time rejected in dec.2005) second time - approved. I actually resent all documents but that's upto you. Since the gap is not much in your case you should be fine using previous documents. Just go over the list and see if anything new has to be made.

I did write a detailed letter to consulate about my parents ties and why they would come back home though the CO did not check anything.

Can you give me some tips on what to say on the ties? Both my father's children are in US (me and my brother).

My parents run a small scale business so that and the property (house specifically) was listed. Also, my grandmother lives with my parent and she depends on the medical treatment so I listed all of that in a letter to consulate (even thought CO never read that letter). But when my parents were asked they said all of the above reasons and we had requested only 2 months since my father has to go back for business purpose.

I'd recommend showing every property in an auditor's letter.
