Hey everyone,
Can anyone to help me with the following problem and questions????
About 3 years ago I applied for Visitors B2/1 visa to USA embassy in London and they refused to give it to me. After a year later I applied again and they gave it to me without any problems. At that time I had Russian nationality and passport, because of that I had to apply for visa.
Right now I have British passport and nationality and going to travel to USA under a Visa Waiver Programe. I know that I will have to fill in green I-94W arrival form. And there is a question in that form if I ever was refused visa to USA.
My question is Will I have to put YES in the box for this question or can I put NO?
If I put YES how can it affect my entry to USA???? If I put NO can they check somehow that I actually was refused visa once????
I ask it because after the refusal they actually gave visa to me and I thought that may be it can be better to put NO and then there will not be any extra questions.
Anyone know anyting about this??????
Thank you.
