  • Visitor Visa for In-Laws

I am applying for Visitor Visa for my mother-in-law (father-in-law already has a VISA).

I was reading requirements for sponsor documents. I saw that I need to attach photocopies of all pages of my passport and my spouse's passport. Am I reading that right?

      Ok thank you.

The way I understand process is I prepare sponsor documents and send it to beneficiary who takes visitor documents for scheduled interview (which is scheduled after filling out ds160 online). That's it, right?

      Couple other questions:
Do I have to mail sponsor documents or I can just fax or email them to beneficiary, including signed I134?

When do we know whether beneficiary has been granted US Visa or not?

I just got bank letter from my bank. They said unless you provide a specific form asking specific information, we only provide date account was opened, account number, and current balance. They gave me average monthly balance on a separate sheet which is screenshot of their screen. The letter they provided just contains the information I said previously. What should I do? Just use that letter and hope for the best? Or is there a specific form for bank letter?
