Parents visiting to USA on Tourist Visa

Hi All,
My Parents has a valid tourist R B1/B2 visa.
It was self sponsored tourist visa

They are planning to come to USA and they will be staying at my home for ~3 months and we will be visiting different tourist places and I will be taking care of their medical/tour expense/daily expenses

My questions are as given below

1) when they arrive USA how many USD do they need to bring with them

2) Is it OK if they mention that they will be staying at my home or do they have to do any booking in hotel

3) Do I need to send an signed copy of any invitation letter?

4) The booking for flight tickets of tourist places in USA needs to be done in advance before they arrive ?
