B1/B2 - Earlier B1 Now applying for B2

Hi Team, I have valid Multiple entry B1/B2 visa without any annotation which was applied for B1 official meeting purposes. Now planning to visit US to meet my relatives. Do i need to apply for B2 visa now?

If yes, I completed my DS160 now and trying to book an appointment.. There is a question like Do you have a previous B-2 (Pleasure)? - Should I answer Yes or No.

You can use your current visa. You don't need to apply for new visa.
