  • Visitor's Visa

I need some advice. My mom's Visa got rejected 2005 Sep . She has her
new appointment on May 9th. My father has a 10yrs Visa. My -in- laws
got thier visas on Jan 2006.

We have a 2 months old baby.

    My question is

    i) In the letter affidavit of support , should I mention about the baby. The reason is, I do not want the VC to have an impression that my mom is going to baby sit.

ii) My younger sister is unmarried and she came here on a project ( h1b ) last
september and will be returning back by june. Should i submit her papers for
    my mom's Visa .

I would really apprecite , if someone could guide me.

Option 2 is a viable one rather than hiding some material information on option one.

      1. U can mention abt the baby..I don't think it will affect the decision anyway. Just don't tell she is coming for baby sitting..

      2. assuming u are the sponsor, u don't need to send any papers of ur sister..

        Thanks a lot ! ....

I will mention abt the baby.

btw: In the interview , should my mother say that her daughter is on
        a temporary trip to U.S .

If the VO asks, then your mom has to mention it.
