I am an American citizen living in Mexico.
I want to bring my Thailand girl friend here for a short stay. 6 month tourist visa in Mexico. (FMT)
The most logical and least expensive way to get her here is through Los Angeles International airport.
The question is: is there such a thing as a transit visa now for foreigners to disembark the plane in Los Angeles and get on a plane to Mexico without having the formal visa for US entry?
This person in Thailand has a job, home, bank account and family ties that assures her return.
What are your suggestions please?
