Denied immigrant visa, can i apply for B2?

Hello, applied for an immigrant visa and got a denial, can i still apply for B2? Previously had B2 and visited the USA last year, but it's expired now. My daughter lives in the us and i would like to visit her. I own a house, have a good job at home. Please help!

Not enough evidence to prove that father and adopted child lived under one roof for at least 2 years. Submitted medical ad school records, marriage certificate, adopt certificate.
