separate appointment for parents

i have a visa appointment scheduled for my parents in may.they have the appointment on the same day and same time,but not at the same counter.will they be allowed to go the same counter,since it is at the same time or should they carry separate documents and go to their assigned counters.thank u

How do u know abt the counter?? Family with same date and time gets interview together..

Are you saying different counters based on the serial number they were assigned? If so they can go together with same set of documents. Samething happend in my parents case. Even though I took group appointment, it asigned two different serial numbers with same time.
