  • One year b1 b2 visa, reapplying (young adult)

Hi. December 2016 I applied for a b1 b2 visa and it was approved for only one year. I am a medical student and I will graduate next year in April 2018. This year I will travel 2 times to the USA for a short period of time and I intend to reapply by the end of the year.

My plans for next year's are: I started a job this month as medical assistant in my family' s business (private pre-school), I will complete a year as a intern to get my medical license, I will apply for the medical residency in a hospital in my country and continue my medical education there for 4 years.

    I don't have any properties ( I'm only 22)

I have had a 3 month visa before for a conference when I was in high school.

What are the possibilities of me getting my visa renewed? And for how long?

Because of the travel history you'll be building, your chances of getting another visa is better than average

Because of your weak ties to your home country, your chances of getting another visa isn't great

Somewhere between "average" and "great" isn't a bad place to be
