Visitor Visa - reject - need help - Daughter sick undergoing chemo

Hi guys,

I need help. My dads visa was rejected 4 times , 3 times in Hyderabad and once in Madras. My daughter is undergoing chemo and we even sent a doctors letter. My husband sent his documents for sponsorship and my dad submitted all his papers. My dad is still working , his parents are alive, he has properties in india .. so he is not a potential immigrant. He is just coming to see his sick granddaughter. What do we do .. Please help.
