  • B1/B2 refused for inlaws

    Hello All,

on 9th May 2017 my mother-in-law and father-in-law appeared for a visitors visa.
As i am inviing them for my kids birthday in june.

I have given them all the documents which shows my job and bank statement, but the Visa officer has asked for a visa of my wife as she is their daughter, which they did not carried at the time of interview and refused the Visa under 214(b).

I am scheduling the interview again in couple of weeks with her visa and passport.

do i need to provide any more documents at the time of interview, please help with your inputs.

any sucess cases on this earlier please share ur views.
    Kind regards,

    CSR.

You also need to provide documentation on their assets both physical and monitory instruments to suggest that they will be back in their home country. I am assuming you have also given them the invitation letter and all the documentation that you will support them during their stay in US
