Seeking inputs about Parents re-entering US on B2 within 6 months

Hi All,

My parents are on B2 visa and are currently in US with me. They reached US on March 21 2017. They have the return tickets booked to India on Sept 12 2017. But, unfortunately my dad is required to travel back to India in between for a month. His presence is required in India from June 1 2017 to June 30 2017. Can he travel to India for a month and re-enter US in this time frame?

Would appreciate if you guys can give some valid inputs based on your previous experience if anyone have faced this scenario priorly

Note: His six months time frame would not be expired when he re-enters on June 30 2017

Yes he can as long as he has a valid visa. Normally a visitors get multi entry 10 year visa. Your Dad can go back and comeback within a month - no problem. All he will have is a new I-94 upon re-entry
