    B2 Visa holder marrying TN Visa holder

    Hi!
    In a couple of months my fiancé will come to Mexico an we'll get married,
    I want to go back with him to the US for three months before coming back to Mexico for his renewal (his visa expires in october) and me applying for TD status,
    are we taking risks by me intending to enter with my tourist visa and him with is TN?
