Only son ...is that a problem?

My in laws have interview on May in chennai consulate .My husband is the only kid for them .I heard that will be a problem for getting visa .They are retired and have 30lakh house and below 6lakh act balance .They are also taking care of their sister who is very old and staying with them .
* Can we tell that a tie and will come back to take care of old sister?
* Can we take plastic file folders inside the consulate?

Hi Simi,

You need the property affidavit which the auditor would create.

And you need to do something like Assurance of Return affidavit in which you can mention about their older sister.

You would get samples in this site itself.
