Parents got visa in 1st attempt

Thanks for the site and members for providing valuable information

My parents went to interview on April 21 8.45am telugu lang

They allowed inside By 8.00clock.Now a days they are making process easily.At every step they are guiding people where to go and where to wait.

I have arranged all the papers in 2 diff files with stickers on every doc written in telugu language. it is better to carry a open files rather than a closed one.

Questions asked by the VO

1.What is the relationship with the sponsor
2.How many children do u have
3.What they are doing annd where they are staying
4.Do u have any properties.(They asked to show the docs.My parents gave he house docs.He just saw and returned the docs)
5.What is ur source of income
6.They asked sponsor docs
7.How many mths want to go
8.Did u saw ur grandchild

thats all They told visa was granted

By 10.15 they are out of consulate.

My suggestion is prepare parents well.tell them to asnwer what they asked.They have to listen the question carefully what they asked.If possible write questions and answers in local language so that they can byheart before going to consulate and can give answers without confusion.
And also stick some paper on every document in local language so that they can understand what document that is

Duration is not yet known.

I have a question about DS156 form:

Since you said you parents gave their interview in Telugu, did you write in the DS156 form that you prepared their application/ OR did it say that they filled it on their own. Please clarify

My mother has her appointment on 26th in telugu. on her DS156, we mentioned that she filled it on her own. Should we mention that we filled it for her, because she has her appointment in Telugu.

I have signed in DS 156 on behalf of my mother.
That will not be a problem.But u sign it on behalf of ur mother that u filled the application as ur mother is appearing for telugu lang.
