Get married in home country to US citizen and travel on B1/B2

I will be getting married to US citizen here in my home country. I have a B1/B2 visa valid till 2021. Is it possible we travel to US together and then I can change my status to green card once in the US ?

You will likely be denied entry on B1/B2 if they even suspect that you will do Adjustment of Status during your stay in the US.
