Hello guys am a pastor and want to visit America to see my sister can I apply for a b1/b2. Visa I don't want to apply for a religious visa r1

As long as you are coming to the US to visit the family and for tourism, it does not matter that you are pastor. You need R1 visa only if you are going to work in the US as pastor.

Thank you very mush, my son has just be refuse a b1/b2 America visa 7th of July, he is very qualify he's married with a daughter, and got good paying job, I on the other hand am a pastor with 15 churches under my leadership, I got properties, I want to apply with him stating we are both going to visit my sister and on a vacation ground too, for two weeks, so he can get his visa, please I need you to access and tell me what you think!
