Visitor Visa for parents

I am going to schedule visitor visa interview for my parents. I am in US from last 10 months on H1B visa. I have couple of questions -
1. I created an account on visa appointment website using my name and email address. Can I book the appointment for parents using my account or Do I need to create an account with my Father's name to book this appointment ?
2. The property documents for my father are in Hindi. Do I need to translate them to English for the interview ? If yes, how do we do that ? FYI - I am going to schedule the interview in Hindi only.
3. I am planning to pay the visa fee using NEFT. How will I get the receipt ? Can I download the transaction success using internet banking and take this as the visa fee receipt ? Or do I need to get the receipt from the bank ?

1. You can use your email account.
2. Not required.
3. You will get the receipt by email. Also, once the money is credited into your account for visa purposes, those details will automatically populate in your account for the purpose of scheduling an appointment.

2. Not required ? Are you saying documents in Hindi are sufficient ?
