hi my name ismary and i am currently living here in philippines.i was in the us since 2008 with my us citizen son.i was not able to renew my greencard since me and his father are separated.i decided to come back home but as of now, his father is already married with someone and i am wanting to get any chance to see or visit my son.how can i do it?do i need invitation from his father?
