Hi,
My inlaws got rejected visa two times on 214-b issue. They went for visa first time on september 2005 and got rejected. Again we took appointment on April 25th 2006 which is morethan 6 months from first time.
Unfortunatly CA notarized on all the property documents and gave property estimation letter, and told to inlaws no need to carry original ownership papers.
Visa officer first asked for Original ownership papers, but my inlaws didn't carry original papers. Got rejected again on the same case.
When should i take next appointment? I mean do we need to wait until 6 months or can we take appointment anytime if there is any availability.
What papers should we bring this time?
Thanks,
Lalitha.
