MINOR Step child visa overseas

hi everyone, am married to a us citizen for 4 years and we want my daughter to come visit us this summer but we confuse as to how to proof ties to her home country since she is just 4 years old.
can anyone with any experience take me through step by step procedure and will she be going for interview. thank you

It will be difficult to prove ties to her home country. In that case you can file AOS while she is in her home country.

Someone cannot do AOS outside the US. They will go through Consular Processing in their home country.

Perhaps you can consider to let an adult/her guardian travel with her?
