    hi everyone, does anyone know the procedure of filing for a step child overseas by a us citizen.

    NOTE. Shes 4 years and am still married to my wife who is us citizen who is going to file for her.

    Your wife would file Form I-130 along with it's required supplements and evidence

    It should take 12-15 months at most
