  • B2 Visitor Visa

    Hello,

I applied for b2 visa with my daughter and son in law. Our interview is next week. In our ds160, for our intended stay we mentioned 2 months but now we are only planning to stay for one month. If the VO asks us about our intended stay should we say 2 months or one month?

One month. Be honest. You can say plan has changed.
This is not a legal advice. Use at your own risk.

      1. you can change your ds160 If your finger printing is not done
      2. If you cant change the form, when VO asks you about the length of your stay, make sure you mention that initially you were planning for 2 months, but now it is one month for such and such reason. If you fail to mention it, they will consider it as misinformation and may doubt your intent

Did the B2 Visa got approved?

Did VO asked about length of stay? If yes, what did you say?
