DS-160 Form

Hi Admin,

My Passport has only Given name. I was filling out DS-160 form. I understood that Surname would be my Given name and My first name would be FNU.

However my every document has Full Name in it. Except Birth certificate that has my First name only.

Will it be an issue if i fill Surname as my Given name and My first name as FNU, if later they verify?

You have to enter the name as appear on the passport.

Surname/Family would be your Last name. Given name would be your First name.

No Last name: LNU
No First name: FNU
