Do we need to mention the details for question 9 & 10 (If affidavit of support previously prepared for someelse & if a visa petition submitted to CIS), if the visa for previously sponsored person was rejected?

I had prepared this doc last year for my sister whose visa got rejected. Now, I am preparing this doc for my parents whose visa is scheduled next month. Would it in anyway affect my parents visa?

If you sponsored anybody previously it must report in the I 134.
