I have tried for the last 2 days to retrieve my DS-160 confirmation page but just getting the message below
'Application Error
An unexpected error has occurred while processing your previous request. The error has been reported to the site administrator; no further action is required. To retrieve your DS-160 application, please enter your Application ID.’
I have an appointment with the Embassy for my non-immigrant visa tomorrow morning.
I called the embassy and the call center several times yesterday and was told to just get a new DS-160 and print out the new confirmation page, which I have done, but I cannot add the new DS-160 number now as it is locked.
I hope this will be ok for interview tomorrow as I am unable to access my original DS-160 confirmation page due to an error on the website.
