Travelling back to US after birth tourism

My wife got birth tourism in USA 3 yrs ago. We plan on having the 2nd child in US again. My wife just got a new visa B2 and we will go next month. Does anyone have a problem with Custom and Border Patrol (CBP) if you carry a child with a US passport from previous birth tourism?
