Hi Everyone!
As you can see from the title I am trying to bring my mom, sister and brother to U.S. on visitor visa.
I am a green card holder and funny enough but work for a big corporate law firm that is famous worldwide.
I am a paralegal and deal mainly with EM and FM based green cards.
We have 3 apartments in my home country. My mom doesn't work. My sister is 25, has masters degree and works as a designer for a jewelry company. My brother is 24, has a masters degree as well and he is a governmental worker, working in the army instrumental band. They have several visas to Sri Lanka, UAE and Europe.
I know that all this is good. The thing is they as a family will have to apply for visa together and I am afraid that because they are the remaining family in my country they might get a rejection.
Please let me know your opinion on this.
Thanks in advance!
