To choose Between Atlas America Vs Patriot America Plus difference in premium

I am 61 Years and my wife 58 years planning to be in USA for 5 months . When i wanted to cover ourselves for comprehensive cover for USD 100,000 ( each person ) the premium quoted today ( 11th Sept 2017 ) as follows


Atlas America (deductible USD 100) Premium USD 1708
Patriot America Plus (deductible USD 100) premium USD 1980

I have read in earlier correspondence both insurance offer the same cover with the same PPO network , why the premiums are High , is there any difference in the service . which one to choose

I am aware that the quotes are from 2 different companies and they are independent to do the pricing . As person from you we can buy policy either of the companies, you answer does not tell me why the one is better or why it is expensive
