  • B2 VISA for brother along with relatives Rejected

    Hi sir,

I am on L1-B visa. My parents got VISA in FEB 2017 and they visited US in Feb, 2017 for 15-20 days. I went back to INDIA in FEB 2017 and again came back to US in June 2017 and will be back to India again by Nov-2017. Now my brother and relatives (Maternal - uncle aunty & their daughter) applied for B2 and on 11th Sep, 2017 they had the interview. Their VISA got rejected. My brother is working in a private Bank. My uncle retired as Accounts officer in 2015 but still he is joined one Govt. office. My cousin sister is doing MD (student). My aunty is housewife. My brother was self sponsored and my relatives were also self sponsored (Uncle was going to sponsor their trip). Below given are the few questions they were asked:

What is your relation with the girl?
    Sister

Why my brother is planning to go with my relatives.
Because my parents have already visited in Feb-2017 and now relatives were also planning to visit so, thought to go together as a tousrist.

    Is he married -
No, but he is engaged and will be married soon.

    What's my brother occupation

    What my brother Salary - 2.5 L

    What's my uncle occupation
    Salary-6 L

Whats my sister occupation- She said she is studying and she don't have salary.
Still they were not able to understand that she is not getting paid.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can you guide me now how should I apply it again for my brother and relatives?
Can I apply either for my brother or for relatives right now by 09/13 again?
Anything specific we should be cautious of, while filling DS-160?
For what all questions we should be prepared now? How should we answer.

Your quick response is highly appreciated.

In the future, your brother and uncle might want to apply for B-2 visas on their own, separately
