  • Question: Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents, in the US

    Hello All,

I am filling a DS-160 form for my father in law for B2 Tourist Visa to come visit as for 21 days. in the application, I am kinda having a hard time to interpret below question.

in DS-160 form there is this question --> do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents, in the United States?
I already answered yes and put my wife name as her daughter, but my mother in law also in USA now in tourist visa till December 15.
Do I need to include her as well? Since she is currently in USA with Tourist visa, if so what should I select for immigration status? NONIMMIGRANT or OTHER/DON'T KNOW?

    Help will be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Sevecen

His spouse(my mother in law) is in the USA on B2 Visa now. is that mean he needs to say his wife is in currently in the USA?
