We have taken appointment for my Mother in August ,and her visa was rejected last 3 times when my Husband sponsored her.We visa is getting completed this year June and we have already applied for his extension .
Now my question is ,
1. Is it ok for him to be a sponsor for my Mother when he is in a period where his visa is in the process of extension?

2. Is it ok for me to the sponsor ,I am working on EAD from past 2 years ,and I am in Adjustment of Status.

3. Who has a better option to be the sponsor?

4. If I can be the sponsor , can I go ahead and change the DS 156 form now, for the interview in August?

Its perfectly fine for him to be sponsor being on the extension process

U can sponsor too if u earn good enough to show.

3. Who has a better option to be the sponsor?

If u have good income and bank abalance, u can sponsor ur mom.

4. If I can be the sponsor , can I go ahead and change the DS 156 form now, for the interview in August?

U can definitely change it, but make sure you change it in all ur letters and I134 as well.

Yes I make a pretty decent amount and we have a pretty decent joint account . But I started working for the last 2 years only when I got my EAD , so I have tax returns for last 2 years ,but my Husband has been working here for last 6 years.
So is it compulsory for the person sponsoring to send 3 years tax returns or 2 years is sufficient?
