My sister is getting married in mid - dec, 2017. She is a US citizen. I am a Pakistani and running a school for last two years. I possess a house as well as a plot and car in Pakistan. My bank statement is around Rs 1.5 million. I applied in 2013 for usa visit along with my kids (two sons aged 4 and 2 in 2013) but got rejected stating that I dont have strong ties with my country. I was working as online garments seller at that time. Was living on rent and had no property to show. But I wanna apply now along with my husband and kids to attend the event. My husband is a graduate from the USA who went to and came back from the USA as per the visa dates. In the last 4 years, we have traveled to UAE, Saudia Arabia, Maldives, Sri Lanka and Malaysia. My husband is working as a manager in a local established company. Anyone with good experience may guide me asap because I am feeling kinda scared to apply again..lol..but still dont wanna miss the event!

If you don't apply for the visa, you certainly won't get the visa, and you certainly will miss your sisters wedding
Applying for a tourist visa isn't a complex decision. If you can afford the application fee, and you want a visa, you apply for it. It is as simple as that
If you can't afford the visa fee, you're probably not going to get the visa anyway even if you apply

If you apply for the visa, your chances of approval is >0% that is greater than zero
Actually, I think your chances are pretty decent. You have some travel history, and you're financially dependent on your husband who has a good job. I assume he will be applying for the visa along with you

I'm sad about it. I don't think there's something wrong. But it's rejected. Can I apply again alone? I don't hv intentions to live there but wanna attend the marriage! !

I do not know though he presented the related documents. The VO said that reapply after some time..not right away once your business will be more established. But why should i reapply when the wedding will be passed. Do you think if reapplying alone will work?
