Question about Visitor doc

Hi,
My mother is going for the visa interview next month. My husband will be sponsoring her.
1. She is working too and will be getting her NOC. But her bank balance is not that great. Can she show my father's bank passbook??

2.Also, she has a house in her name though the original doc for the house in the bank for a loan. Can she carry attested copies of the document along with the property affidavit??
