minimum Bank balance for visitors

Hai,
My father is having 2 lakhs in the bank and has 20 lakhs worth of house. Is it enough if we show in the property affidavit. All documents are on my fathers name. Do u think it will be a problem for my mom. is there any chance of visa rejection.
what is the minimum bank balance a visitor has to show. My father gets pension.
