    Visa application for parent when my H1B status is expired (in extension)

    Hi

    Can anyone guide me, I am planing apply tourists visa for my parent/in laws. But My current H1B is expired in September, I applied my extension in July waiting for reply.
    Is this good time to apply visa for parents or I have to wait till my I get my extension ??
