hi
i'm a spouse of an LPR who did file already an I-130 for me a year ago .since i have to wait so long to get the final approval i decide to file for an B2 visa .so i can be with my wife during my summer holiday .but the thing that i understand while i was reading most of the messages here on the forum , i might get trouble for my I-130 if i apply for a B2 visa .
i'm confused and start hestating since then ,is there anybody who can help me!i would very thankful !i need to be with my wife sooner even for a short time .
and one more thing that i want you to know i did apply for a visitor visa before i get married but they denied three times .

If you have I-130 pending, you can't get visitor visa.
