How to avoid burgha lady in Chennai?

Okay, my mom's visa got rejected by that insane burgha lady on march 3rd. My mow is going to appear for the second time and I want to know how to avoid this burgha lady. Basically it appears that for non english interviews in Chennai, it is either this burgha lady or one another lady, who is generally nice. I want to know if there are any subtle tricks that my mom could use to delay the interview on the interview day so that she doesn't get seen by this piece of crap, who rejects applications with only one question - 'how many children do you have".

Naive suggestion - is it possible to peek into the window and see if this character is there and if so, move to the next line? And for those who are appearing for the first time, if they face this burkha personality, may be they should give the correct answer to "how many kids" question.
