Sponsor documents question

Hello, I would like to sponsor family member to USA. I looked into the requirements of paperwork required to send but is it possible to send only I-134 form only? I don't want to disclose my personal information such as salary or bank balance to my family.
Is it possible to just the form and Invitation letter? If not, what is the best solution to keep my privacy and also be able to invite them over.
