Time to be present at consulate-urgent
hello,
I have read on this site that visitors should be present no earlier thav 15 mins before the appointment and there are cases rejected for being present quite early. But i have heard from friends that it is better to be present atleast 1.5 hours before the appointment to make sure you get into right line. My parents are going for visa next week at chennai and would like to know how early they can be there to avoid any problems.
