  • Urgent Please ...Visitor visa question

    Hi,
My parents went to last month for Visitor Visa and got refused. The reason they said original property documents required which they did not carry.
They did not even give the time to come back with the originals. We agin take the new dds and luckly we got appointment next week (They are going again with in 30 days). My question is can they carry the same sponsor documents which they carried last time or do i need to send it again. Is it good to visit again with in 30 days?.

    Thank you,
    Lalitha

You can use the same docs. property docs should be on stamp paper and notarized.

Thank you so much, actually they carried notaraised property documents on stamp papers but they did not carry the originals. This time we will make sure to carry both. Please let me know if they need to carry any other additional supporting documents to prove that my parents had strong relation and attachments in India. I had 2 sisters they got married and they live in India. I am only the son living in USA. Father is not an employee, doing agriculture. They got rejected twice and they are trying third time next week. We are hoping atleast they get it this time.

      Thank you,
      Lalitha.

Copies of notarized statement has no value. Notary's original seal should be on the document in order to consider as valid.

My Parents US Visa rejected 3rd time in Chennai

          Hi Everyone,

My parents US visa got rejected at Chennai consulate third time too. In the second visit they rejected because they asked original property documents which they did not carry. This time they carried originals but they did not even ask and see. They asked why did you get rejected twice? replied last time we did not carry the original documents, now we had and trying to hand over to VO. She did not even take the documents and said we are not giving visa.

I had two sisters and they got married and they live in India. When my parents visit first time they said the same thing when they asked.

First time --> rejected says lack of strong ties in India
Send time --> rejected because not carried original property documents.
Third time --> rejected with out looking into documents.

They had 7 months gap between 1st and 2nd visit, less than 30 days gap between 2nd and 3rd visit.

I was wondering like the gap between 2nd and 3rd visit is so less that may be lead to 3rd time rejection with out even looking in to the documents.

Please suggest me what can I do now, do I have to wait for at least a year to take their next appointment? Time frame is that really a matter or not?

How it would be if I take an appointment either to my father or to my mother not for both together?

          Please help

          Thank you,
          Lalitha
