B1/B2 visa application after visa cancelled 10 years ago with cancel withdrawn stamp

Hello,
A little advise, this is for my sibling. As stated in title she had her visa cancelled withdrawn after the customs officer found a school book in her bag 10 years ago (she was 16). She was going to school while visiting the US, she never overstayed (would fly in an out frequently). She is now planning to apply again from another country (she lives somewhere else now) to attend a family members wedding (in the US). Any advise for the application and interview process? Is there a reason she can get denied?
