Visitor visa after studies in usa

Hi!
I completed my two year graduation course in USA and was on 3 months unemployed opt period when i got my offer letter from Canadian university. I then moved to Canada in British Columbia state. I want to apply visitor's visa as my sibling stays in Seattle which is one hr away from me. If i apply for visa are there any chances of refusal. My sister is working on her opt and she can't travel outside so i want to visit her.

There is always a chance of refusal. However the fact that you studied in the US should work in your favor. Is shows that you had the opportunity to overstay your visit, yet you didn't.
