Hello All,
Can i reshedule the appointment, i mean prepone the appointment, if the dates are available?
Or is it that i have to cancel the my earlier appointment to prepone to new date?

You have to cancel the appointment you have and try to get new one. If you don't get suitable new one, you loose the one that you cancled. There is a risk in doing this.
