Does the following apply for V2 Visa

Hi,

My brother just enrolled into a government medical college for higher studies.

But he plans to take one exam in the US.

Has he got to provide the following from his govt. medical college at the Visa Appearance ???

Pls. Note: He does get a monthly stipend for his stay and study in teh govt. medical college, as he also have to look into cases during teh day for them.

The following are;
1. an employment letter from teh govt. medical college ???
2. a salary letter
3. a leave letter
4. And a No Objection Certificate from the college


I am not sure whether those are in anyways related to his visit. Please help !!

What visa is he applying for? V2 or B2?

It is a B2 Visa - sorry for the Typo - and i did not know that there was something like V2 visa.
