strange situation

My question is a little different..

I am a canadian pr...but left canada in 2003..
we went to USA from Canada when visa was not required.

in DS156..when i fill in have to been to US i say yes..
But when they ask have you ever been issues a US visa..i have to say no..

so the supplement which says additional visits to US it comes NA

What should i do ???
my interview is on 22 may..
please advice

That's fine.

1. If it asks whether you have been to USA. You did. So, say yes.
2. It asks whether you were issued visa. You didn't. So, say no.
