Hi, I have my grand-mom's H2 visa scheduled next month. She doesn't understand english and has some hearing issue due to old age(74). Will there be any problem, if yes, what should we do?

I assume you meant B2 visa. H2 visa is for labor workers.

There is nothing specific that you can do. She will have to simply manage there.

Not 100% sure, but 70+ yrs old can use drop-box facility & need not to attend interview for Visa.
